BDV's happy place is on a mic hosting a costume contest. His early years were spent as maintenance crew for his best friend's elaborate costumes where he learned to appreciate the craft and the passion required to make a costume and the bravery to show it off before a room full of people! *SPECIALTY!
Horror Panel Hosting
BDV is a passionate fan of cinema. He has studied film for decades. Recently, he had turned that scholarship to better understanding horror movies and culture and hosting movie nights appreciating the craft of shlock. His knowledge and experience makes him an excellent panel runner at Cons for any subject.

The naughty and the titillating! BDV has hosted MANY burlesque shows! His friendly, fish-out-of-water manner mixes well with the heightened reality of the burlesque making him a natural host. (Who can keep things on TIME!)

There is a joy in the fringe and the unfamiliar. The more odd and fun an even is, the more likely BDV will be drawn to it. Some things need to be done for the sake of performance art. Producing and Hosting an oddity show for 2 years was a return home.
